Elena graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. She has a diverse professional background, including experience as a pharmacy technician and financial planner. For the past four years, she has also worked as a Farsi teacher, where she discovered her passion for working with children and helping them learn, grow, and build confidence.
Through her teaching experience, Elena has developed strong communication skills, patience, and an appreciation for each child’s unique abilities and learning style. She believes in creating a positive, supportive, and encouraging environment where children feel comfortable exploring their potential.
As a Behavior Technician at Therapy Smarts, Elena is excited to combine her background in science, education, and healthcare to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
