Stephani was born in Mexico City and raised in North Carolina, which has given her a unique perspective and adaptability in diverse environments.

Stephani is a flexible and dedicated professional, eager to learn and contribute to team success. With a strong work ethic, high motivation, and a passion for embracing new challenges, she is committed to achieving excellence in this new Administration Assistant roll. She holds an Associate of Applied Arts in General Education from Durham Technical Community College and she is currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Clinical Trial Research.

Over the past three years, Stephani has gained valuable experience working with children in a variety of settings, particularly as a Lead Teacher in a daycare. In this role, she created a positive, nurturing environment where young students could thrive. She developed lesson plans and organized activities to foster physical, mental, and social development, while maintaining strong communication with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and needs.

Additionally, Stephani actively participated in staff meetings and professional development workshops, continually refining her skills in early childhood education. She is excited to apply this experience and her diverse skill set to create welcoming and supportive environments for families and children!
