With over 15 years of experience in communication, marketing, and event planning- including more than a decade focused on healthcare marketing- Tildsley brings a proven track record of helping organizations grow and connect with their communities. She is a proud graduate of Peace College and previously owned and operated her own marketing and communications consulting firm before joining Therapy Smarts.

Outside of work, Tildsley is a boy mama who loves exploring the Triangle with family and friends- whether it’s discovering local spots, attending community events, or just enjoying all that this vibrant area has to offer.
