What Happens After You Reach Out?
You don’t have to have everything figured out right now. Getting started is just a matter of opening the conversation. Here is how our intake process works:
Tell us a little about your child. Fill out the quick, secure form below to give us a basic idea of what you are looking for.
We give you a call. Our intake coordinator will reach out within 24 hours, or sooner, to talk about your child’s specific needs. We will also handle the confusing paperwork, like checking your insurance benefits, so you know exactly what is covered.
Meet your therapist. Once everything is set, we will match your family with the right pediatric specialist and get your very first evaluation on the calendar.
