Hi, I’m Chazz! I’ve always loved working with children, which led me to a career that combines my background in elementary education with my passion for applied behavior analysis. I care deeply about helping children feel seen, supported, capable, and confident while building skills that make a real difference in their everyday lives. I believe the best support starts with understanding the child as a whole person, meeting them where they are, and celebrating all of the little wins along the way.
I’m naturally a very warm and relationship-focused person, and I value building trust with the children, families, and teams I work alongside. I’m excited to bring both my professional experience and genuine love for helping others to the work I do.
Outside of work, I’m a big family person and love traveling, exploring new places, and finding creative outlets like crocheting. I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by the people I love, trying something new, or working on a creative project.
