Ms. Christina

Behavior Technician

Hello everyone,
I have years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, providing direct support to clients across home, school, and clinical settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and co-occurring conditions, supporting a wide range of behavioral, communication, social, sensory, and adaptive skill needs.
Focusing on person-centered and trauma-informed practices, I am passionate about creating supportive environments where clients feel respected and motivated! I value assent-based treatment, ensuring that preferences and individual strengths of each client remain central to the therapeutic process.
In addition to my direct clinical experience, I have served in leadership and training roles within the ABA field, supporting staff development and helping maintain high standards of care. I am now pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Ball State University to continue growing my skill set and knowledge of this field and to better support clients and their families!
