Ms. Alexandra

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Alexandra grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina and developed a passion for working with children and supporting families through Occupational Therapy. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Design from Appalachian State University, where she developed the creativity and problem-solving skills that continue to shape her approach to therapy. Alexandra then completed her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree at Durham Technical Community College, where she discovered that pediatrics was the perfect fit for her.

She is known for her patient, empathetic approach and believes that hands-on, play- based learning helps children build skills, gain confidence, and achieve their goals. She enjoys partnering with families to create meaningful, individualized experiences that support each child’s growth and success.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her fiancé, family, friends, and her cat, Jovie. Whether she’s hiking and camping in the mountains, relaxing at the beach, or exploring local events on the weekends, she’s always looking for new adventures and enjoys inviting loved ones to join in the fun and try new experiences.
