Jenna is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) who was born and raised in Middletown, Connecticut. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University before relocating to North Carolina in 2013. Jenna obtained her degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Durham Technical Community College.
Jenna’s passion for working with children began at an early age. Growing up, Jenna’s parents provided foster care for more than 10 years and eventually welcomed three children into their family through adoption. Watching the impact that love, patience, and support had on each child inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential.
Jenna believes therapy should be engaging, meaningful, and centered around each child’s unique strengths. She enjoys partnering with families to help children develop the skills needed for greater independence, confidence, and success in their daily lives.
