Tiffany Neal joins Therapy Smarts with over 20 years of experience in education. Starting as a school bus driver and advancing through various roles, including teacher, Dean of Students and an administrator, she has served varying demographics from preschool through twelfth grade. Tiffany completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of NC @ Greensboro with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Masters of Education. In 2019, she received her post masters certification for School Administration and then completed her Educational Leadership Doctorate in 2022.
As a lifelong learner, Tiffany started a summer job in 2025 as a Registered Behavioral Technician and decided to pursue her Qualified Behavior Analyst certification. Amazed at the parallels between Applied Behavior Analysis and education, Tiffany continued her studies while applying more behavioral based techniques to ensure seamless classroom management to maximize learning opportunities. After a lot of hard work, determination and resilience, she obtained her QBA certification and North Carolina Behavioral Analyst license.
Even with professional and educational accomplishments, Tiffany is most honored to be Chakalyn and Timothy’s mother and a dog mom to Nala and Dynasty. She enjoys spending time with family and creating lasting memories traveling, exploring new cultures and giving back to her community. Tiffany believes compassion, patience and encouragement are integral parts in finding success personally and professionally.
