He has thrived in high-tempo, austere environments where meticulous attention to detail was crucial for mission success. In his instructional roles, Hector served twice as an Avionics Instructor for the Marine Corps and as an adjunct professor at Park University, where he taught Principles of Management. These experiences underscored the importance of continuous education in building stronger, more effective teams.

Hector also brings a wealth of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, adept at filling specialized positions under tight deadlines. His expertise extends to Senior Human Resources Manager, for the last eight years of his military career, and in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
