Daija is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly nine years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, committed to delivering high-quality, collaborative care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Since 2017, she has worked across home, school, and clinic settings, partnering closely with families, RBTs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, data-driven progress and create meaningful, lasting change for the individuals she serves.

Outside of work, Daija enjoys exploring coffee shops, spending quality time with her son, and embracing moments that bring balance and joy to everyday life.
