Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Candace is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 8 years of experience in the field and 20 years of experience with the special needs population. She specializes in functional communication, early intervention, and reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based strategies. Candace is passionate about empowering caregivers and collaborating with teams to support meaningful, lasting change for children and families. She earned her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from Simmons University in 2019 and obtained her BCBA certification the same year. Since then, Candace has held various positions including leadership roles in clinical integrity, overseeing multiple clinics in North Florida and ensuring high-quality, ethical care. Outside of work, Candace enjoys spending time with her daughter and their two Old English Sheepdogs. Together they love visiting the beach, boating, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
