Emilie Hudgins, MA, BCBA, LBA is a Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over seven years of experience providing evidence-based behavioral services across clinic, home, and telehealth settings. She has worked with children ages 2–14 and has experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and global developmental delay. Her clinical approach emphasizes ethical practice, individualized treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making to promote meaningful outcomes.
Emilie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University in 2020 and her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis, with an emphasis in Autism, from Ball State University in 2022. She became a credentialed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in 2022. Her professional passions include early intervention, parent training, and collaborative care. Emilie values working closely with families, training and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians, and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to support learners with complex needs.
In her free time, Emilie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and prioritizes quality family time outside of work.
