We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all clients have the opportunity to access our evaluation services. To facilitate this, we have implemented an Evaluation Reservation Fee Policy, which is designed to encourage fair access and efficient scheduling. Please review the following terms regarding our policy: Credit Card: A credit card must be on file to schedule any appointments. Reservation Fee: To secure your appointment for an evaluation, we kindly request that a valid credit card be placed on file. A reservation fee of $150 will be authorized but not charged to your account at the time of booking.
