Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst

Anjelica attended Liberty University for a portion of her undergraduate career before transferring to North Carolina Central University where she graduated and received her Bachelors degree in Psychology. After graduating, she began working as a Direct Support Professional for teens, adults, and elderly with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She spent most of her experience working with the geriatric community in teaching them daily living skills as well as implementing behavior support interventions. She then transitioned her career by pursuing a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Upon entering the masters program at Purdue Global University, she also chose to work for a local ABA company who provided services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism and ADHD. During her fieldwork experience, she was able to learn the skills necessary to assist children and families with resources to maintain a better quality of life. Anjelica continued educational requirements and obtained her certification/licensure as a BCaBA. Currently, she’s finalizing her fieldwork hours and preparing to take the board certification exam become a BCBA.
