Registered Behavior Technician
Jireh is a 2020 graduate of Shaw University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Brooklyn, New York. During that time, she completed her internship hours where she was first introduced to working with families with special needs children. This led her to become a preschool teacher and then quickly take the opportunity to be a behavior technician. Not long after, she received her certification as a Registered Behavior Technician where she helped and supervised over 40 children with autism. She soon after was promoted to a training and program specialist where she trained and supervised staff ensuring their ability to follow behavior support plans and implement skill acquisition prescribed by the behavior analyst effectively. She is passionate about having an impact on young lives and their mental health.
