Required Skills and Experience

  • Holds a current license as a Physical Therapist issued by the state of North Carolina
  • Diploma from an accredited APTA program for Physical Therapy
  • Must have experience in pediatric practice (via previous employment or fieldwork experience)
  • Experience providing treatment for children with a variety of diagnoses
  • Maintains and manages a full-time caseload with a target of 62.5% productivity

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a multidisciplinary therapy setting
  • Experience in a school setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team-based atmosphere
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Motivated to meet productivity targets and contribute to company growth
  • Flexibility to work on-site, in schools or virtually
  • Willingness to learn
