Ms. Mikayla

Behavior Technician

Ms. Mikayla was born and raised in NJ and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry. With a strong passion for healthcare, she is committed to recognizing the individual behind every diagnosis and believes that compassionate, human-centered care is key to improving outcomes. She was inspired by her older sister, who was diagnosed with autism, and she brings a positive spirit and dedication to making meaningful connections with clients and their families. Her enthusiasm for helping children is reflected in her volunteer experiences, which have included the NJ Special Olympics and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry in the past, and currently, a Pediatric Emergency Room. In her free time, Ms. Mikayla loves to unwind on the beach with a good book, try out new coffee shops, and do karaoke with her friends.
