Alicia’s career has been dedicated to fostering growth and development in diverse environments. Her journey began with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Asbury University, which laid the foundation for her passion in educational and supportive roles. She’s honed her skills in child care, leadership, adaptability, creativity, conflict resolution, and teamwork, making me a versatile asset in any setting. Alicia’s experience includes camp counselor, youth Ministries, Activities Assistant, and RBT. Through the careers she has pursued, she created and led engaging activities for focusing on mental, physical, spiritual, and social well-being.
