Behavior Technician

Davianna is a dedicated Behavioral Technician with over two years of clinical experience working with individuals with mental health and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). She is passionate about helping others achieve personal growth, independence, and confidence through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions. Known for her patience, empathy, and professionalism, Davianna creates supportive and structured environments that promote trust, progress, and long-term behavioral success.
A proud graduate of Winston-Salem State University, Davianna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University. Her educational background has strengthened her understanding of human behavior, motivation, and therapeutic communication, allowing her to provide compassionate and effective care to diverse populations.
Throughout her career, Davianna has demonstrated a deep commitment to personal and professional growth. She continuously seeks opportunities to expand her clinical knowledge and refine her skills to better serve clients and families. Guided by faith, integrity, and purpose, she approaches each day with a genuine desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
