Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin, Sarup has a proven track record in senior managerial roles at industry leaders like Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Viavi Solutions, and Ixia. He excels in managing global teams, ensuring timely delivery of innovative, data-driven solutions that elevate business strategies and optimize product launches.

Sarup is committed to fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing open communication, mutual respect, and empowerment. In his role at Therapy Smarts, he oversees daily operations, financial planning, and budget management across two clinical locations, while implementing strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s goals.

Beyond his professional achievements, Sarup is an active community member, participating in the HPE Storage University Engagement Program to mentor aspiring engineers and help them build their professional networks. A passionate traveler, he loves exploring new destinations and is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying football, cricket, soccer, tennis, and pickleball.
