Tildsley is a proud graduate of Peace College and previously founded and operated her own marketing and communications consulting firm, The Media Constant LLC, before joining Therapy Smarts. Her background spans public relations, community partnerships, and integrated marketing strategies that support both business growth and mission-focused work.

Outside of work, Tildsley is a proud boy mom who loves exploring the Triangle with family and friends, discovering local gems, attending community events, and embracing all that this vibrant area has to offer.
