Once you connect with us, you’ll receive access to our online intake forms, available in English and Spanish. These forms help us understand your child’s history, strengths, and needs so we can best support them from day one.

Step 3: Insurance Verification

Our billing team will verify your insurance benefits and clearly explain:

• Copays or out-of-pocket costs
• In-network or out-of-network options

We accept most major insurance plans and are happy to answer any financial questions upfront—no surprises.

Step 4: Schedule Your Child’s Evaluation

After insurance verification, we’ll schedule your child’s initial evaluation with one of our experienced pediatric therapists. This evaluation helps us:
