We are looking for a leader and an experienced Sr. Behavior Analyst to support our ABA program full-time, in a established multi-disciplinary clinic. Join us to help turn challenges into triumphs for all children!
Essential Job Functions:
- Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
- Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team (BCBAs, BCaBAs and RBTs) including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations and monitoring program progress and productivity.
- Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of ABA including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents
- 2 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience.
- Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment
- Self motivated, not afraid of hard work
