Crystal was born and raised in Massachusetts, attending Burdette College for her Medical Admin Certificate and then receiving her masters’ in business administration from Assabet. She is a skilled scheduling coordinator across industries, previously working in a hospital setting in Massachusetts, and in a law office. 

Crystal oversees and maintains all scheduling communications with Therapy Smarts’ families, including appointment reminders, implementing plan of care and fielding questions around billing, waitlists and more. She is a skilled multitasker, guiding families through the intake process, ensuring paperwork is maintained, and managing any questions, with a friendly smile. 

Outside of the office, Crystal is a fan of self-care and enjoys getting her nails done.
