Eliza Noecker was born and raised in North Carolina and is the PR & Marketing Manager of Therapy Smarts.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Media & Journalism from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2021. With experience across media relations and both internal and external communications, Eliza is excited to utilize her talents to enhance and elevate Therapy Smarts ongoing success, while ensuring a seamless communication experience for clients and therapists.

Eliza is passionate about embracing creativity in everything, and ensuring a healthy and supportive environment for children, parents and caregivers. Outside of work, she loves movies (especially sci-fi or cheesy rom-coms), and can typically be found at the theater.
